Kenneth Walker III of the Kansas City Chiefs rushed 14 times for 36 yards in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks, marking his lowest fantasy output this season. The running back earned 9.7 fantasy points as the Chiefs' offense managed only three points, ending their unbeaten streak. Walker's performance was a sharp decline from his previous weeks, leaving fantasy managers uncertain about his consistency against the league's top defense.

The San Francisco 49ers fell to the Atlanta Falcons after quarterback Brock Purdy threw two interceptions. One of those passes was dropped near the end of the game, when the 49ers had a chance to score a winning drive. The Falcons, who have faced criticism for their retro logo design, forced multiple turnovers, including back-to-back fumbles. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. finished with 20.4 fantasy points, ranking eighth among quarterbacks in the league for the week.

Concerns now surround 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, who exited the game to visit the medical tent. His status remains a priority for fantasy managers following the loss to Atlanta. The injury adds uncertainty to a season where the 49ers have been a cornerstone for many lineups.

Brock Bowers of the Las Vegas Raiders is recommended as a start against the New York Jets. The tight end currently holds the second-most receiving yards among all tight ends in the league, having played two fewer games than the leader, Trey McBride. Bowers averages 19.1 fantasy points per game. The Raiders face a Jets team with the third-best passing offense in the league, but the absence of defensive end David Bailey, who is listed as doubtful, may provide more time for quarterback Kirk Cousins to throw the ball.

Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings is another strong start for the week. The wide receiver faces a Detroit Lions defense that ranks 31st in the league against the pass, allowing 291.8 yards per game. Jefferson has underperformed his usual standards this season, and the matchup offers a chance to return to form after a bye week.

Jared Goff of the Detroit Lions is a sit option against the Minnesota Vikings. Goff has thrown 14 touchdowns and zero interceptions this season, but he faces the league's best defense. The Vikings have allowed an average of just 155 passing yards per game and have not conceded more than 1,000 passing yards in any contest this season. They also lead the league in turnover differential, with seven more forced turnovers than conceded.

Jonathan Taylor of the Indianapolis Colts is a sit candidate against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Taylor faces the league's best run defense in terms of yards allowed. The Colts have undergone major roster changes, including the trade of offensive lineman Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks and defensive tackle DeForest Buckner to the San Francisco 49ers. The loss of Nelson, an All-Pro blocker, is expected to impact Taylor's production. The Jaguars have recorded only 11 sacks this season, but their run defense remains a formidable obstacle for the Colts' offense.
